How to order
Orders can be placed either personally, by email or telephone.
Once you have decided on the model and any customizations, then payment of a non-refundable deposit of €250 will be necessary to place your name on my order books. I will also be able to tell you when I expect to have the instrument ready.
At present the average waiting time is 3 - 6 months.

Pay in installments
When I start your guitar, you will ask be asked for a 30% instalment to be paid. The second instalment of 30% when I glue the back on your guitar and the final payment upon completion of the instrument.

View your guitar
You will be able to view images of your guitar during the building process to keep you up to date on progress.

My guarantee
If for any reason you are disatisfied with the guitar that you have received, I will refund your money in full minus the deposit. You should notify me by e-mail within 14 days and return the guitar back to me. Shipping costs are the responsability of the buyer.
I guarantee my instruments against faulty materials and workmanship during your ownership and while I am still active as a luthier. Repairs other than by me may invalidate this warranty. Please contact me beforehand.

Care of your guitar
You are cordially invited to take all due care and precaution in looking after your fine handmade classical guitar and observing all the common guidelines in this sense.
